How do I secure a booking?

Check with us that the weeks which you require are available and let us know - by eMail or the form on the contact page - that you wish to book! We will send you a booking form with a full copy of our terms and conditions for you to read. We require a £100/$200 deposit for each week booked at this time. We will allow up to one week for you to send your deposit to us and during this time the home is 'pencilled' out for you. Please be aware that to hold the home for you we will require verifiable contact details for you and that Hotmail, Yahoo, GMail or other similar webmail accounts are not considered sufficient. We accept payment by personal check or PayPal. Other methods may be possible by arrangement.

When will I have to pay the full amount?

We ask for full payment 8 weeks before your arrival in the home. You will receive a reminder eMail and a final invoice at this time. We will also add a refundable security deposit to your final invoice. (See below)

What if I need to cancel?

This does happen sometimes & we look at each case's particular circumstances. If we are unable to secure a replacement booking then the following terms apply:

More than 56 days - Deposit only, 29 -56 Days 50%, Less than 29 Days - 100%

We always advise our guests that they do need to purchase appropriate Holiday Insurance.

What happens to my security deposit?

A security deposit of £150/$200 will be added to your final invoice - we hold this sum against any damage to the home. Once our agents confirm that the home is in good order after your departure then we will refund this to you. Normally this process takes about a week.

How do I gain access to the Home?

2 weeks before your arrival in the home we will provide you with the full address of the home and a 4 digit access code to a lockbox at the property. The lockbox contains a key to the front door so there is no need to visit Management Agent offices. At this time we will also send you some general information on the home and things to do in Florida.

Arrival & Departure Times

Plan for arrival no earlier than 16:00 and departure no later than 10:00. This period is required to allow the home to be cleaned. It may be possible to arrange variation to these times depending on the next rental period - please ask, we will always help if we can.

Can I stay for less than a complete week?

Stays of less than one week, or a part of two weeks are possible - although for short stays of less than 5 days we do add a cleaning fee of $85. Stays of part weeks after the first week are usually not a problem and are only subject to availability.
