Accommodation

In the family room there is a full entertainment centre with cable TV, DVD, VCR and hi-fi system. Upstairs there is a loft area seating area with cable TV/DVD/VCR and a selection of videos. On the ground floor there is a games room with a Pool Table and Air Hockey. A separate ground floor WC is located adjacent to the family room and the games room. The fully screened pool deck has been extended to provide spacious relaxation, adjacent to the large pool is a raised Spa. The pool depth has been increased to 6’ at the deep end whilst the shallow end has the standard 3’ depth. There is an outdoor poolside shower. Pool doors are alarmed to comply with Florida pool safety regulations. There is a comprehensive selection of quality patio furniture. The kitchen is bright and airy and fully equipped with breakfast nook overlooking the pool and conservation area. There is also an elegant formal living and dining room, with modern furnishings and fabrics.

There are 3 master en-suites, 2 twin bed rooms, 2 separate living areas, 2 dining areas and a TV den. The impressive master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV and overlooks the conservation area. There is an en suite bathroom with Roman bath, large walk in shower, twin vanity sinks and separate toilet. The second master bedroom, which is downstairs, has a queen size bed and patio doors out into the pool lanai area. The third master bedroom also has a queen size bed – both the second and third masters have a bathroom with the shower over the bath and are equipped with cable TV. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are upstairs; both have two single beds in each and share a bathroom immediately between them.
